Frequently asked questions
- When am I charged?
- The billing period is the calendar month. When the month rolls over, we charge you for the previous month's usage and, if you're subscribed, the following month's subscription.
- Can I set a spending limit?
- Yes, and you choose how. With "No limit", postpaid usage is never blocked (up to the credit limit, as a safeguard). With "Custom limit", you set a monthly maximum and, once reached, usage pauses until the next month. With "No extra spending", you disable postpaid usage entirely and only pay your subscription. Change it whenever you want from the dashboard. On top of that, we apply a safety credit limit so usage never runs away unintentionally; you can ask to raise it.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- Once you reach your spending limit, postpaid usage pauses until the next cycle or until you raise it. We warn you beforehand.
- How do I know what I'll owe?
- In the dashboard you can see current month's usage and the per-service breakdown: it's exactly what you'll pay on your next invoice.
- Is tax added to my invoice?
- We work out, based on your country and legal form, whether VAT applies to you and at what rate. We only charge it when it's due (for example, under the EU reverse charge it isn't added for businesses in other EU countries). We invoice from the European Union.
