The use of Nebux' services implies the understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth in this legal notice.

This service is owned by Nebux, which is the name of the company whose details are indicated below. The owner will hereinafter be referred to interchangeably as "Nebux", "we" or "us".

Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual and industrial property rights, as applicable, of the web application and its contents of any kind are owned by Nebux. Therefore, it is prohibited to exercise any rights of the owner without its express written consent.

Third-party branded resources appearing in the web application are not considered content, but references. These resources are the property of their respective owners and have been used with their authorization.

Responsibility

Within the limits of the law, Nebux shall not be liable for any kind of damage or injury arising from the use of its services, nor for the impossibility of its use.

This disclaimer also applies to links to any external resources. These links are provided for the purpose of contextualizing and referencing information; they do not in any way imply that Nebux knows, shares or endorses the linked opinions or content.

Nebux is also not responsible for any kind of damage or harm caused or related to any communication that is not made through the channels set out below and through the security protocols mentioned in each case, as it is not technically possible to guarantee its authenticity or legitimacy.

Communication channels

We offer services exclusively under the following domains:

All DNS query responses are authenticated with DNSSEC.

Any plaintext protocol is always encrypted over TLS.

All emails are authenticated with DKIM and have strict SPF and DMARC policies.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Nebux is ruled by the laws of the European Union and Spain.

In case of disagreement, both parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia. With the exception and without prejudice to the rights of individuals who are end consumers.

Privacy policy

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of Nebux services about why and how we treat their personal data when you use them.

Nebux scrupulously respects privacy and recognizes the importance of ensuring secure environments for storing and processing personal data. Therefore, it ensures compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data: the Regulation (EU) 2016/679: protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales —LOPD GDD— (only available in Spanish).

Controller

Collection

It is not necessary to provide any personal data in order to use the web application. However, in some cases we automatically collect the following:

  • IP address. We keep security logs in which IP addresses associated with specific timestamps and actions may be stored.

In addition, users may voluntarily provide their personal data for the uses detailed below:

  • Contact. In the event that someone contacts us, we collect the data provided to us depending on the channel involved: email address, phone number and full name.
  • Contracting. In this case we collect personal data required by law: full name or company name, tax identification number and tax address. In addition, we may also store bank details, such as IBAN numbers, for the purpose of payment processing.

Purpose and legitimacy

The data processing is carried out for compliance with legal obligations and in the legitimate interest in:

  • Establishing and maintaining contractual relationships with our customers.
  • Offering them assistance and support.
  • Guaranteeing the continuity in the operation of our services, especially in the face of computer attacks.

Transfer and retention period

There is no transfer of data to third parties, except in cases where the law indicates otherwise.

Furthermore, the data provided is retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Rights

These are the rights that can be exercised on personal data:

  • Accessing stored data.
  • Rectifying or cancelling it.
  • Limiting its processing.
  • Opposing its processing.
  • Porting it.
  • Effective judicial protection.
  • Complaining to the supervisory authority: the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small pieces of text used to store information in web browsers.

We use cookies and other similar technologies to provide essential technical functionalities of the web application. We absolutely do not use cookies for tracking or any other use that may affect privacy.

Types

Below is a breakdown by name of all the cookies we use.

  • cookies: it is used to know whether the user has hidden the cookies notice so it is not shown again.
  • language: its use is to store the user's language so that they can modify it without having to change the language of their operating system or browser.
  • __cf: cookies beginning with this prefix are used to ensure the correct operation and usage of the infrastructure. Therefore, they also serve a security purpose.

Management

Since cookies are a standard feature that allows the web application to provide essential functionality, removing or disabling them will prevent it from working properly. For example, it will not be possible to hide the cookies notice or to change the language.
